The single-stage and three-stage inline dispersing emulsifiers are high-efficiency lab mixing machines designed for continuous production or recirculation of fine materials. The shear chamber is equipped with one or multiple sets of high-precision multi-tooth rotor-stators. As the material passes through the rotor-stator system, it undergoes high-speed shearing, dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenizing, resulting in reduced particle size, uniform dispersion, and optimal emulsions.
