FLUKO ® PLM Powder Liquid Mixers

The PLM system (powder & liquid mixer) is specialized equipment designed for the efficient mixing of powder solids and liquids. The mixing system generates its own vacuum, drawing the powder directly into the liquid stream. Upon contact with the liquid, the powder is instantly and evenly wetted, ensuring quick and uniform dispersion.

FLUKO ® FISCO All-in-One Dispersing & Mixing System

The high-speed mixing system is designed for large-volume, rapid mixing of low-viscosity materials and can also be used for the quick dispersion of powders and solids into liquids. The interface of this dispersing system is compatible with various containers, ensuring that floating powders are quickly drawn into the high-shear zone at bottom, where they dissolve and disperse rapidly, significantly improving mixing efficiency.

FLUKO ® Eumix Agitators & Stirrers

The cup agitator features a unique cup-shaped impeller with three blades strategically angled to compensate for one another, which allows for efficient axial flow within the mixing tank. This maximizes flow coverage, ensuring that even low-viscosity fluids are evenly distributed within the container. One of the key advantages of this design is its energy efficiency.
