Working Principle

The handheld homogenizer works by drawing liquid samples into the generator probe equipped with a rotor that can spin at different speeds. The sample is then pushed through slots in the stator, creating mechanical shear. As the sample is repeatedly drawn in and forced through the stator, going through the shear process multiple times, resulting in complete homogenization into a uniform mixture within 30 seconds or less for most samples.
